Quality Management Process

Rheometer
Cervellati uses a rubber Rheometer to measure the properties (before and after curing) of 100% of rubber compounds before starting each production.
Multisensor measuring machine
We use this advanced solution to compare the dimensions of products and moulds with the drawing requirements, to keep the production process stable.
Abrasion tester
When required, we test the resistance of rubber and polyurethane compounds to abrasion.
Durometer
In the production process, we regularly test the hardness of rubber and polyurethane products to make sure that the vulcanization process is stable.
Profile Projector
For 2D dimensional measurements, we employ a profile projector.
